For Immediate Release

Meet the Leadership Team: Julia Rodriguez

Julia graduated from UNCA with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and she is currently pursuing her master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Asheville. Julia is a 200 Registered Yoga Teacher and has been working with individuals since 2012 as a holistic health counselor. Her passion is to assist and support those with a desire to better understand, and ultimately improve upon, their own human experience.

Inspired by a desire to alleviate suffering, Julia began studying psychedelic medicine on her own and through online webinars with MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) in 2019. After completing her studies at Lenoir Rhyne, her goal is to get certified as an MDMA-assisted therapist to further her ability to positively affect those with whom she works.

Julia is excited to be offering up her skills as a volunteer coordinator.
