IV Ketamine Therapy at The Pearl Institute is delivered within a comprehensive, trauma-informed psychiatric and therapeutic care model. All patients complete thorough psychiatric and medical screening prior to treatment.

Why IV Ketamine?

Intravenous (IV) ketamine has been studied for individuals experiencing treatment-
resistant depression and certain trauma-related conditions, particularly when traditional
interventions have not provided sufficient relief. IV administration allows for precise dosing
and continuous medical monitoring throughout the session. Treatment is integrated into a
broader mental health care plan designed to support safety, stabilization, and long-term
progress.

Integrated Therapeutic Model

We strongly encourage concurrent psychotherapy during IV ketamine treatment.
Preparation sessions, collaborative treatment planning, and post-infusion integration
support help patients translate clinical gains into sustained therapeutic benefit.

As a nonprofit, our mission is to help make this treatment as accessible as possible.  As such, we have sliding scale fees based on funding availability as detailed below.  All KAP sessions are 2 hours with a same day 1 hour integration session:
