The Pearl Institute offers secure telehealth appointments for psychiatric care, medication management, and psychotherapy for patients located in states where our providers are licensed. All sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant video technology and meet the same standards as in-person care.

Our Telehealth Services May Include

  • Psychiatric evaluations

  • Medication management

  • Ketamine treatment follow-up (when clinically appropriate)

  • Spravato® monitoring visits

  • Psychotherapy

  • Preparation and integration sessions

​All services are delivered via HIPAA-compliant video technology and meet the same clinical standards as in-person care. Telemedicine is not appropriate for emergencies. In case of crisis, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

Important Disclosures 

  • Telehealth visits do not guarantee prescriptions. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and legally permissible. We do not guarantee prescriptions. We do not prescribe medications solely upon request.

  • A comprehensive clinical evaluation is required before any medication is prescribed.

  • The Pearl Institute is not an online pharmacy and does not sell medications directly.

  • Controlled substances are prescribed in compliance with federal and state regulations, including DEA requirements.

  • An in-person evaluation may be required prior to prescribing certain medications - certain treatments, like Spravato® and ketamine, require in-person administration.

  • All telehealth sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant video technology to protect your privacy.

  • Telehealth is not for emergencies; always call 911 if urgent care is needed.

  • Patient identity is verified prior to treatment.

  • Telemedicine is not intended for emergency care. Call 911 in emergencies.

  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy to see how patient information is protected when using telehealth services.

  • The Pearl Institute is currently in-network with BCBS, Aetna, Aetna State Health Plan, Cigna, UHC, MedCost, and Backline Cares. Sliding scale fees are available for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy based on household income. CareCredit is also accepted.
