Meet the Team: Bill Zimmer
Bill Zimmer serves as The Pearl Psychedelic Institute's Chief Operating Officer, Operations and as our Board Vice President.
Bill is a brewery founder, an experienced enterprise salesman, and an entrepreneur.
He brings with him the experience of founding and running the successful North Carolina brewery, Ecusta Brewing Co. He uniquely understands customer challenges from both the business and brewing sides of the industry and makes sure Lachancea’s natural yeast technology meets these needs.
Bill has worked hard to develop implementation plans that best suit clients' needs and will bring his unique skills to The Pearl Psychedelic Institute.

The Pearl Psychedelic Institute is a nonprofit that aims to bring psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy into mainstream practice through research, treatment, and training while reducing the barriers to patient access.
The Pearl Psychedelic Institute has been designated as one of 10 sites in the United States that will be allowed to provide access to this investigational treatment. The Pearl Psychedelic Institute is the only clinic affiliated with this program currently operating in the Southeastern United States; and specifically strives to serve the rural areas of Western North Carolina.
