Meet the MDMA Project Team: Frank Starling
Frank Starling is a registered nurse (RN), a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and a certified functional medicine health coach (FMCHC) who specializes in serving clients who feel “the rug has been pulled out from under them. ” Some areas he coaches are life limiting diagnosis, major medical decisions, and physical or mental health challenges. In his client centered approach, he and the client co-create lifestyle goals and systems that align with client’s values, quality of life quality, meaning and purpose.
In a mid-life career change, Frank earned a bachelor’s degree in Nursing at East Tennessee State University in 2010 and has worked in hospice and ICU. He has been a student of meditation, mindfulness and awareness for 25 years and has over 30+ years of experience with non-ordinary healing states of consciousness. He combines the above experiences with his coaching and facilitation experience in lasting lifestyle change, end-of-life, and mental health to support his clients.
As a longtime champion of the “underdog”, he has a passion for supporting them as they walk toward a lifestyle that supports their values, meaning and purpose thereby increasing their quality of life. He sees psychedelic medicine as a way to unlock the healing process, increase awareness, move past challenges and helpful in integrating challenging experiences into one’s life.
